Exchange or Return at Yupply? Find out how here!
Do you want to exchange or return a product? At Yupply we want to prevent any inconveniences and ensure that this process runs as smoothly as possible. That is why we ask you to contact us first before returning a product. This helps us to better understand your situation and find the best solution together. You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to contact us to request a return. We ensure that, after approval, the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 working days after receipt of the approved return shipment. This is how returns work at Yupply:

Step 1: Contact us
Email us at [insert email address] with your order number and the reason for your exchange or return request. We will then contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps and provide you with a return agreement, if applicable.

Step 2: Send your order after our approval
After receiving our returns agreement, carefully pack the items and send them together with the completed returns form to the address we provide you. Make sure your package has a Track and Trace code; As the sender you are responsible, and this helps prevent misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account
As soon as we have received your package in good condition and in accordance with our returns agreement, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 14 working days.

Special return conditions:
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% money back guarantee or replacement. Please contact us within three days of delivery and we will provide a full refund or replacement of the item. Please note: Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. For products that are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold, we do not provide refunds or accept returns. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if the item does not meet the criteria stated above or if the product has been used, modified or damaged in any way.

Please note: Returns without prior contact and our express agreement will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. As a customer you are always responsible for the return costs.
